Built in 2012, your stay at the 3,200 square foot Alabama Deer Hunting Lodge will not disappoint. At the luxury 5-star hunting lodge, guests will have access to a mudroom with lockers for all deer hunting apparel. Across the hall is a gift shop where you can purchase The Swamp Whitetails apparel. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms off the main hallway, the deer hunting lodge comfortably sleeps eight people. The bathrooms provide spacious walk-in showers and the bedrooms have over-sized closets to help accommodate deer hunting gear. The hallway opens into the open concept kitchen and living area with TV & Wi-Fi. The spacious kitchen with an upscale rustic feel is perfect for entertaining. Included in your stay is a chef who specializes in southern cuisine providing three meals and snacks each day.

Off the living area is a large balcony that overlooks the twenty-acre stocked lake, a great place to relax and let a full stomach digest some of the best food it has had the pleasure of enjoying. On the ground level, further amenities include a large fire-pit with outdoor grilling that provides a great place to share the previous days hunting encounters and the highly anticipated strategies to implement for what tomorrow’s deer hunt may bring. With first class accommodations, we provide hunters with a relaxing and entertaining environment. Accommodations for those with large Deer Hunting Groups can be made. Entering the iron gates of The Swamp Whitetails in Alabama, you will enjoy spectacular views along the driveway approaching the Whitetail Deer Hunting Lodge. The deer hunting lodge and owner’s cabin sit on a hilltop overlooking the open field surrounded by sawtooth oaks. The field holds a 20-acre lake, a 1-acre pond and a half acre pond stocked for all welcomed fisherman in between hunts.

The well-stocked fishing ponds are at your disposal and our deer hunting guests are invited to try their hand with the quantities of largemouth bass at no additional cost (catch and release only and you will need to bring your own tackle.) 

As you begin to navigate through The Whitetail Deer Hunting Property, you will notice strategically placed green fields to allow hunters optimal opportunities to harvest a trophy buck of a life time. Our green fields ranging from 1 to 10 acres are managed year-round to provide healthy diets for the deer that result in racks grown to full potential. In addition to our green fields, we have some of the best hardwood bottoms in the south east with hardwoods that have not been touched by man in over 100 years. The deer hunting property also boasts spectacular views of bending creek bottoms, 30-year-old pine tree stands, and open elevated areas overlooking the treetops below. The Swamp Whitetails provides varying landscapes to allow for the optimal habitat for whitetail deer to thrive.
