Trophy Alabama Whitetail Deer graze each of our agricultural fields that consist of beans or corn, but the first two weeks of the hunting season the trophy deer naturally cling to the acorns. We plant several acres of food plots each year including, clover, oats, beans, corn, sorghum, and a combo mixture. Adequate animal nutrition is essential for high rates of reproduction, weight gain and healthy whitetail deer. We provide our trophy deer herd with mineral licks and supplemental feeding yearly. Having the best forage quality for the deer, minerals and protein will get us the trophy buck we’re looking for.
At The Swamp Whitetails it is our goal for every guest to have a once in a lifetime hunting experience. Hunters will have the opportunity to hunt in our 1500-acre trophy managed high fence one on one with a guide in either an 8x5 insulated shooting house, ladder stand or spot and stalk. In addition to the deer hunting options previously mentioned, we also offer rattle hunting for the hunter looking for an even more intense experience.
